Current Projects
Welcome to the Current Projects section of SC-P.co.uk
Unfortunately this website is still under construction so not all our details are complete and up to date, but keep checking back for more information and updates!
Who do SC-P currently work with?
SC-P have several projects on their books at the moment. Here are some of our major projects and some details about what we have done for them.
Sheffield University Sabres American Football Club
The Sheffield University Sabres are a constantly improving American Football team in the British Universities American Football League. Over the past four years they have progressed from a bottom of the division team to playoff contenders. Our help at SC-P has played a role in this. As an American Football Coach as well as S&C Simon Vardy helped by more than just providing the S&C programme, however that programme is what we are interested in so these are the areas that it focused on:
Speed and Agility Training; CV Endurance; Full Off-Season, Pre and Mid-Season Phased and Cyclical Weights Training Programme, Plyometrics and Sports Nutrition
ASAP Yorkshire Rams American Football Club
The ASAP Yorkshire Rams have been playing in the British American Football League for 25 years now! Over the past three years they have shown development from a mid-table team to one that could challenge for the division and the playoffs. This season (2008) sees the first official input from SC-P into the training regime of the Yorkshire Rams. The programme for them (as well as that for the Sabres) is one of our most in depth contact sport programmes to date and focuses on the following areas:
Speed and Agility Training; CV Endurance, 21 Week Cyclical Weight Training Programme, Plyometric Training Regime; Sports Nutrition Advice/Information
SC-P are also in consultation with several other clubs and sports (these are just our two biggest projects), for example, we are in talks with several Rugby League teams, football and basketball teams.
However, we always have time for new clients so would be more than happy to give you a consultation to see if we can provide you with what you need! Check the Contact Us section for details on getting in touch or Quote section for how to go about organising a consultation.
