General Strength and Conditioning:
At SC-P we offer a wide variety of knowledge and expertise to help you obtain your maximum sporting ability. Our 'general' Strength and Conditioning coaching involves creating specialised, sport and position specific programmes that are periodised according to your needs. This periodisation involves a pre-season 'Preparatory' phase, a mid-season 'Competitive' phase and a post-season 'Transition' phase. These different phases should take you through a progression that will get you to peak performance levels when you hit your season and help maintain this throughout and recover after.
S.A.Q Training:
S.A.Q Training is a specialist field that we are very interested in. We think it should be part of any successful sports programme and as such we would try and make it part of your Strength and Conditioning. S.A.Q Training helps you develop the biomechanical efficiency and technical proficiency to make all your movements fast and explosive. We can offer this specialist training as part of your Strength and Conditioning programme or as a stand alone series, its up to you!
Sports Nutrition:
Nutrition plays a tremendous part in any successful athlete. We offer the chance to have your nutrition requirements assesed and then a dietary plan worked out specifically for you and/or your team. Again this can be offered as part of a whole Strength and Conditioning programme, or as a seperate specialist area.
